Yellow Cake Mix. 100% Michigan Made at Westwind Milling Company in Swartz Creek, MI.
Yellow Cake Mix Recipe:
- Add 2 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1/2 cup butter to the cake mix. Combine thoroughly.
- Bake in pre-heated, 375 degree oven in 2, 8" pans (or one 9 x 12) for about 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for ten minutes before removing from pans.
Options - add fruit, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. BEFORE adding wet ingredients and then mix thoroughly.
