Pumpkin Cake (Serves 8-10): Who says pumpkin is only appealing in Autumn? Well, we tried to take it away for the season, but our customers say they want it year-round! So here it is- covered in rich cream cheese frosting and filled with moist pumpkin cake (made with organic Michigan pumpkin!) and flavored with warm cinnamon and nutmeg spice.
