A childhood favorite, all grown up! After wondering what would happen if we changed up the recipe for Graham crackers using great ingredients, we created an intensely-flavored cookie more delicious than what we munched on as kids. The flavor boost was accomplished by freshly milling our own flour from organic soft white wheat from Kischnick Farms in Vassar, MI. The switch amped up the cookie’s toasted wheat flavor and hearty, crisp texture. The local honey from Gearig Apiaries Honey in Ithaca, MI and the warming cinnamon and spicy bite of ginger don’t hurt either.
