JB's Bakery

Julie, the founder and lead baker of JB's Bakery, always had the dream of opening her own bakery. Even in her days working in a completely opposite career field, she found herself making custom cakes by request for her coworkers. They knew no one that could match the flavor, technique and attention to detail that Julie presented. When Julie crossed paths with Simply Fresh Market in 2016, she was inspired by a whole new, very important, piece of the pie (no pun intended) that would inspire JB's Bakery to launch in 2020: using organic and locally-sourced ingredients. The use of these intentionally sought after ingredients is precisely what makes the foundation of any of JB's delicious desserts. The magic ingredient is her naturally-born ability to simply make amazing desserts that no one can match.
